The Red Tent
This is a circle that is open and free to all pregnant women and mothers. The focus is for the mothers, to share information and discuss the real experience of motherhood. It tends to be a place that attracts conversations on topics such as vaccination options, co-sleeping, extended breastfeeding, home birth, midwifery, home schooling etc. Red Tent will be led by Piper Martin, Lizzie Ball and Dr. Danielle Warner.

Expectation Survey
Researchers at the University of British Columbia are conducting a study of women's fears and concerns about childbirth.
If you are pregnant, over the age of 18, and interested in participating in an online survey, please click the link below.
The survey takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.

Deepening of what you are holding as possibilities during your birth experience. Accessing what you really want.
March 2nd – Postpartum
The truth about breastfeeding, nourishing yourself, how to keep yourself on the list of priorities.
March 9th – Postpartum
Processing your birth experience, using your constants to remind you of who you are and where you are going.
Prenatal classes that will change you, challenge you and inspire courage for this next phase of the life you are creating.
These classes open and available to anyone wanting to engage in a conscious birth experience.
